Update image base to Fedora 41 and COSMIC Alpha 3

Please update the OCI image to run on Fedora 41 and COSMIC Alpha 3.

I would also appreciate it! The current ISOs seem to be expired

The iso's aren't updated, but I just installed alpha 4 after some sleuthing, through a rebase. Images are 'rolled' in the normal way now. As follows:

• rpm-ostree rebase ostree-unverified-registry:ghcr.io/ublue-os/cosmic:41-amd64

• systemctl reboot

• rpm-ostree rebase ostree-image-signed:docker://ghcr.io/ublue-os/cosmic:41-amd64

• systemctl reboot

At least Files has a date of the 4th of December, which is the same as on the Cosmic github page. My existing applications were preserved nicely. Hope this helps!
