Global shortcuts missing for Gradia and Smile

As advertised in Bluefin's August update, thenew system flatpaks, Gradia and Smile, should come with global keyboard shortcuts. These shortcuts are missing.

We never got this right, I'll revert it.

Any news? The shortcuts are still missing after the past two updates.

We dropped these until someone can figure out how to make them work, someone feel free to do the science/testing and we can give it another go.
