Include vendor-reset kernel module #350
Description
AMD GPUs frequently fail FLR/D3cold recovery under VFIO passthrough, resulting in header type 127 and device inaccessible errors.
The vendor-reset kernel module resolves this.
Since ucore-hci targets hypervisor use cases and already supports akmods (NVIDIA/ZFS), including vendor-reset as an akmod would improve AMD GPU passthrough stability.
