Packages contaning extra chars on release are not considered

We have some devel packages that contain git commit and jenkins build number on package release, for example:

```vpp-selinux-policy-20.01-1650~g6e8ea9cce~b1096.el8.x86_64.rpm```

Packages using this format are ignored by `cmcollectrpm()` due to the strict regex and then their dependencies are not download or included.
