Chore(deps): Bump yauzl and @storybook/cli

Removes [yauzl](https://github.com/thejoshwolfe/yauzl). It's no longer used after updating ancestor dependency [@storybook/cli](https://github.com/storybookjs/storybook/tree/HEAD/code/lib/cli-storybook). These dependencies need to be updated together.


Removes `yauzl`

Updates `@storybook/cli` from 7.1.1 to 10.2.19
