Clean up collapse button for long descriptions #1563
Description
Right now, long descriptions can be collapsed and expanded using a blue arrow button to the left. This is less than ideal, as discussed in PR #1416. Potentially more intuitive ways to handle collapsing include a button below the description or a button that consists of the gray words "collapse" and "expand."
