When I test your pretrained models in the bpnew dataset and the TS0 dataset.
It generated the following errors about the data_generator.py:

It was all right when I test the TS1,TS2,TS3 datasets.

Does it because the dataset contents some errors ?

@festla your sequences probably contain ambiguous caracters or maybe Ns, the data_generator handles only AUGC so any other caracter would cause that message to appear
