Send personalized emails to the core team AND administrative leadership to announce the project completion.
Administrative Leadership:
- Athena Jackson (Current PI/UL) + cc: Allison: Formal completion report. Highlight ROI, 100% deliverables, and UCLA's leadership role.
- Ginny Steel (Former UL): Appreciation for early support and legacy update.
Project Alumni:
- Todd: Acknowledge sponsorship, ideation, and solving funding hurdles.
- Zhiyuan: Acknowledge operational leadership, rubric authorship, and workshop co-teaching.
- Student Team (Lawrence, Hyren, Eric, etc.): Acknowledge technical contributions.
Action:
- Draft emails based on the 'Alumni/Staff/Leadership' plan.
- Send on Monday, Jan 5th.
