Execute the 'Handoff' communication plan to transition the project from grant-mode to community-mode.
Recipients:
- LC-CAC (Committee): Re-engage them. Confirm grant completion. Hand over stewardship. Ask for help recruiting pilots.
- Authors: Inform them of completion. Reassure them (no major rewrites needed). Ask them to signal boost the Pilot Interest form.
Action:
- Draft emails based on the 'Community Handoff' plan.
- Send on Monday, Jan 5th (Mid-day/Afternoon).
