Evaluate these modules to see if we want to use them. If so, test them:
nuxeo-quota
nuxeo-quota-jsf-ui
Per AT: "the quota module "works", but I don't think we could ever really trust the numbers (not sure what it's calculating / if it actually reflects what's in S3 with replication, etc.) "
