Segmentation fault when running representative test case

I have compiled UCNS3D (version 2.0) with gnu compiler. But when I run any simple test (like DMR or explosion), I always get a segmentation fault. I have put the UCNS3D.dat and grid.msh file in the source file. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I have attached screenshot of the error and also the history.txt

have you resolved this problem. I have the same problem
