Improve LinkElement with a popup to edit the link, open the link or delete the link.

• Position below the left side of the element (so it's not moving when writing inside)
• Show it when the cursor is in the link (from offset=1 to offset=length-1).

I would suggest to add the popup when the user selects the text. I think it will be a little intrusive to show/hide this popup every time your cursos touches a link.

where does the design came from? maybe we can match the design from the other toolbar instead?

It's showing on focus (collapsed selection) and not on hover as you mentioned, or did you mean an expanded selection? That's a good optional behavior.

A second way would be to add a link button in the hovering toolbar (like Notion), but applications not using the hovering toolbar would not have this feature.

I think we should implement both ways :)

As for the design, we should match it indeed. Props for customizing the style would be great as well.
