Change text at node

Hi! I want to change text in nodes when my toolbarButton is clicked. My actions:

const _entries = getNodeEntries(editor, {
  at: rangeFromStart,
  match: {type: getPluginType(editor, MY_PLUGIN_KEY)}
})

const entries = [..._entries];

entries.forEach((entry) => {
  entry[0].children[0].text = 'myNewText';
})

But text in editor doesn't change. After that I set cursor at text what I try to change, press any button and text of my node change on "myNewText". I want to do the same, but without click/press buttons. How can I do this?
