Display Floating Buttons Only When Releasing the Mouse

I notice that the floating buttons are present whenever I selecting the text, however, to improve the user experience I want to display floating buttons only when releasing the mouse.
Where do you think is the entry to implement that?

That's a good idea. I would recommend implementing this in the floating toolbar component—either directly in the component; or, if you'd be willing to make a PR for this, in the useFloatingToolbarState and useFloatingToolbar hooks.

You'll need to track whether the pointer is down by registering onPointerDown and onPointerUp events on window.
