Better table and list elements

Please consider using slate-edit-table that provides all needed features the only needs is to implement like a balloon toolbar just for table actions (maybe made with context menu click).

In addition the use create-table-picker would be nice for starting a new table.

For the list there is strange behavior when I tested (specially with tab key) and the behavior is better handled in slate-edit-list.

Hope this can helps to improve current elements :)
