Converting links to ELEMENT_LINK when pasted with other text around it

Struggling to find an elegant solution for this issue. When we copy text from a plain text source which has a link in between, and paste it in Plate Editor, it does not convert the link to ELEMENT_LINK node.

To reproduce:

1. Paste the following text in browser's address bar / notepad: text with link https://google.com and more text and then copy it to clipboard again (to simulate plain text source)
2. Go to Plate JS playground: https://platejs.org/
3. Clear all contents
4. Paste in the editor

You'll notice that the link is displayed as text. Is there a way we can convert it to ELEMENT_LINK node?
