How to Open LinkFloatingToolbar on Hover in Edit Mode?

Hi Plate.js team,

I'm using Plate.js for my project and I have a specific requirement. Currently, the LinkFloatingToolbar opens when I click on a link in edit mode. However, I would like it to open when I hover over a link instead of clicking.

Is there a way to achieve this behavior?

If there is no built-in option, could you provide some guidance or an example on how to implement this functionality?
