Struggling with plugins

I've got a playground up and running. I fancy some bulleted lists: https://platejs.org/docs/list

npm install @udecode/plate-list

import { ListPlugin } from '@udecode/plate-list/react';
 
const plugins = [
  // ...otherPlugins,
  ListPlugin,
];

Adding a bulleted list using the toolbar doesn't seem to do anything. Nothing in the console.
What have I missed?
