Syntax highlighting issues with Lowlight

Has anyone run into any issues with the newest Code Block syntax highlighting functionality? I have tried updating all the packages, using correct syntax, etc. and cannot get the syntax highlight to work. It looks like it isn't applying the hljs classes that would get picked up by Tailwind, but I'm not sure why.
