List plugin indenting with keyboard not working for me

Just wondered if i was missing something but according to the List plugin documentation it states:

• Tab/Shift+Tab for indentation control

But when i've implemented the list plugin locally and also on the demo on the docs page it doesnt appear to work for me. Is this working for anyone else and if not do i need to implement something else in my code? and if it does work for anyone else does anyone have an idea about why it wouldnt for me?!

Tabbing on the indent-list plugin does however work correctly for me so if its not possible on the standard List plugin then i guess i'll look at implementing that.
