Media Embed improvements

The Media Embed plugin generally works well with services that allow embedding via iframe. To date I have tried the following and they work assuming you include just the URL from their iframe embed code:

• Vimeo
• Google Sheets (using embed URL) and Docs
• Figma
• Lucid Charts
• Miro (using embed URL)
• StackBlitz (works, but does clear the devtools console)
• CodeSandbox (mostly works but does throw a JS exception)

I've found myself wanting to make a few changes:

• Hide the URL field when things are working
• The step of creating the embed should ideally ask for the URL first (currently it requests a copy of whatever website or app the media embed is contained within)
• Would be nice to set the width/height of the iframe (inline option if smaller?)
• Perhaps all of this first appears in a dialog, you confirm the settings, then the plugin creates the iframe, and there's a small button to click which re-opens the dialog to change the settings and URL when things are working?
• It might also be nice to offer some sort of newbie experience, which is to paste the full embed code into a field and parse out the URL automatically.
