CLI – plugin generator

One thing that would help aspiring plugin creators once 1.0 is ready would I think be templates for different styles of plugins as starting points. Even better, something like https://github.com/dojo/cli-create-widget with a few choices based on the type of plugin would probably help people get unblocked early on maybe.
