Webpack watch

I put webpack -w && nodemon server.js and only webpack starts watching but nodemon does not start listening..
If remove the -w from the script, webpack doesn't watch (ofc) but nodemon is listening.. Looks like if -w is written, only one of the command can execute. Why is this?..

I use concurrently to run both of these tasks concurrently, like:
