We've had some discussion in a few forums (GitHub Community Technical Group and Cybersecurity office hours) about recipes to serve static webpages, as many of them back-end to GitHub.
Here's an attempt to capture the discussion to-date:
Various campus stakeholders use GitHub-backed static site recipes and deploy to a campus web hosting solution. I believe this results in an .illinois.edu URL.
