Judging Page

Still to do on the judging page:

• update timer stuff to new features added in the game queue (pausing, and finalizing working on refresh)
• show a timer for estimated time to next match
• beautify? (idk, but font size at least needs to be fixed. Simple css change)
• documentation for future years' ease of setup
• block starting a new game before the previous game is finalized
• any other suggestions?
