in ecb_dec file there is code for encryption not for decryption

@rahuljaiswal0601 this is an old project I don't remember much now.

But as far I remember the encryption and decryption process for ECB is same. Only we have to change the input (plaintext and ciphertext respectively).
That's why this code will work fine.
