Define priority loading for value, field or func.

First of all, thanks for the plugin. Consider the following: I have a rule where field and func are enabled (exact datetime and relative datetime). When a user adds the rule I want the func (relative time) to be loaded out of the box instead of the field (exact time).

Can I set the priority somewhere of which (value/field/func) should be loaded when rule is added?
