Custom export - RuleUtils, FuncUtils aren't exported anymore

Hello, I'm currently on the v 5.1.2. I use custom export (basically copy of jsonLogic export with required changes) to export to a custom format. I noticed latest v6 doesn't provide FuncUtils/RuleUtils as exported children for both bootstrap and core packages anymore.

Are there any workarounds how to get those utils without duplicating source code?
Maybe it's possible to add more *Utils to the exported part?

For better context I mean these functions and ruleUtils, stuff, funcUtils aren't exported anymore:

Exported Utils contains RuleUtils, FuncUtils, ConfigUtils, DefaultUtils

Yes, I haven't added types for some internal utils.
If you need more types for internal utils, you can open PR to add ones.
