Friendlies - Warning for danger close fire missions

Description

Adding/updating friendlies positions currently does nothing in CAST. It would be good to have a warning for danger close fire missions

Enhancement area

Friendly positions box to update/add positions already works. Any friendlies danger close to the target/target area, will include a warning on the respective fire mission

Enhancement impact

Checks for friendly position proximity should be performed when the fire missions change or the friendly positions change. Extra line in the fire mission readout should highlight the possible danger close.
