TLS v1.3 support #521
Description
Are there plans to up the TLS version of the underlying engine to v1.3?
Currently experiencing issues when loading pages / connecting to servers that only support TLS v1.3 (or higher). The server alerts that v1.2 is too old, and wants an upgrade.
