Thanks for reporting this — please first retest with the latest package version, then share a minimal repro with the exact model file you’re using, since masks are only populated for segmentation models and are expected on result.masks.data, result.masks.xy, or result.masks.xyn; if no valid mask predictions are produced, masks can be None, as shown in the segmentation task docs and the Masks result reference plus the segmentation postprocess flow in construct_result.

Pderrenger, thanks for quick answer I able to get the in yolo flutter app change mimal for withMasks.

My problem now is the size the mask is only 160x160 not conform with resolution, how could get correct size for mask

Thanks — result.masks.data being 160x160 is expected, as that is the raw low-resolution mask tensor from the model; for correctly sized output, use result.masks.xy or result.masks.xyn for source-scaled contours, or resize the mask back to the original frame with the same scale_masks step YOLO uses internally, as shown in the Masks reference and mask scaling reference.
