Hi there! Big fan of Umami here. I really like the option of hosting the tracker script on my own domain to bypass ad blockers.

In the documentation, it says: "Note that this method is not as reliable as proxying and if the tracker script were to change, you would need to download and update the script again."

I think it would be great if you could add more information here:
1- Why this is not as reliable as proxying? I'd love to understand the differences
2- The versions / updates released for the tracker script. This way, we can go to the docs and check if we need to update the script.

1. When you proxy, you will always proxy the latest deployed version. It's like having a link to a website instead of downloading the entire website every time.
2. Best practice would be to simple always update the script when you deploy.
