I think this may be a general issue with a compare version functionality.

I wanted to compare the current version a client is using and latest v8:
https://our.umbraco.com/download/releases/compare?from=8.10.2&to=8.18.4

But I was surprised that the new tabs feature in v8.17.0 isn't on the list, while is is mentioned on the release page here: https://our.umbraco.com/download/releases/8170
