Anchor in pre tag shouldn't be black

Detailed description

I just noticed this forum thread, where anchor elements inside <pre> elements have black text/link color.

However I have noticed forum threads, where it seems to be possible to post markup, which render anchor like this, input elements and other HTML elements. I wonder if it just render the markup directly as HTML?

If that is the case or guess these links could potential link to malicious sites/content?
