Add description labels to grid layout and macros U8/U9

Dear all,

I am working on a project at the moment where I have several different "widget-like" content elements that I display by using the same macro. In addition, these content elements don't have any static content surrounding them, so it can be tricky to find a proper macro while editing the page when all of them are the same.

What would significantly improve the user experience for the content managers is to add a description to the grid layout holding the macros, and to the macro itself.
