Show/Hide blocklist item

I expect this to be a duplicate but I couldn't find an issue in search.

I would really like to see a show hide toggle on a blocklist item.
It could be as simple as adding one icon to the edit area:

When a block is hidden the text of the block can be greyed out.

A use case is temporarily hiding a call to action.

The reason I don't like to put in in settings is that is is not clear what is happening in Umbraco for a editor unless we overwrite the blocklist editor.
