Select folder when creating new data type

I've been wanting to open a PR for a new feature, but am struggling to think of the best way to achieve the desired result.

For me the infinite editor to create new data types is lacking in the sense that you can't select the folder that the new data type gets created in.
This means that if you're making a new document type with a bunch of new configurations of data types, they will all be created in the root "Data Types" folder. I like organising everything into folders, and so have the extra admin task of moving everything afterwards.
Generally I don't use the infinite editor for data types for this reason, which is a shame.

I've looked at creating this funcitonality many times, but can't decide the best UX to achieve this result.

If anyone wants to chime in with some ideas / continue this discussion, it'll be a good start for me to get going.
