Small Change and Addition to Routing Properties

I propose the following:

1. umbracoRedirect renamed (read: copied for now) to umbracoInternalRedirect
2. umbracoRedirect be marked as deprecated.
3. umbracoExternalRedirect for creating a 302 redirect to an external address.
4. Some of us use third-party packages to nullify umbracoUrlName. It would be nice if HQ provided an OOTB, supported, and tested approach to ignoring a content node in the generated URL path(s).

Perhaps umbracoInternalRedirectId should be renamed to umbracoInternalMask or umbracoInternalCloak. It's essentially performing URL masking.
