Subtle version of tag in audit logs

In audit logs I when have several of same action I think it get a bit too much attraction and and also a bit inconsistent as e.g. "delete" use a different version of tag than e.g. "Save" and "Publish".

Perhaps it also works better in e.g. a collection, log viewer or commerce with 50 items.
