Allow documents with collection list views to expand in the content tree

As of v17 when you assign a collection list view to a document type, this document type can no longer be expanded in the content tree. This can be seen as a regression or working as intended depending on who you ask.

In my opinion it should be optional to still be able to keep the "expand tree" functionality.
