Bug summary

"Unsaved changes" displays when clicking Save Element is created when adding a new element to the blocklist in the config.

Steps to reproduce

1. Create a new document type
2. Add block list as a property of the document type
3. Click Add new available block
4. Click Create new
5. Fill in element information and click save
6. The unsaved changes pop-up will appear and then disappear.

Expected result / actual result

Should not show unsaved changes, after clicking save, should go to the form Configuration of 'Element'
