Replacing media files does not update the preview

Bug summary

If you replace a media item file it continues to show the old media item in the collection list, etc. The file itself does seem to be updated in the web front-end.

Specifics

In my case I was working with SVG images.

Steps to reproduce

Create media, like an image. Save. Edit the media item. Choose to remove the image file, then pick a new one, and save.

Expected result / actual result

Previews should reflect the changed media item.

Thanks @argentini , I was able to reproduce it on 16.2.0-rc.preview.56

Just to note my thoughts here: The backoffice caches previews based on the GUID of the media item. That means if only the internal file is replaced, and the GUID stays the same, the previews will not reload. We need to listen in on this event and clear the cache for that GUID if the file is replaced. Ideally, this should be a SignalR event so that all browser tabs can clear their cache even when the file is replaced programmatically through the Management API or otherwise.
