Bulk publishing in collection doesn't show any loading indicator while in progress

Bug summary

I noticed in a collection / list view when using bulk publishing (and probably any bulk action), it shows no loading indicator while in progress as it did in Umbraco 13.

Only after finished it shows toast notification.
