Creating af media folder at root doesn't refresh collection view for new folder

When creating a new media folder from root level, it select newly created folder in tree and in header, but the workspace view is still the collection view at root - not the selected folder.

Create a new folder from root and note the newly created folder is selected, but still shows files/folders at root/parent level.
