Auto close focus leave

Prerequisites

Tap into the three-dot menu under the content section.
When you tap out of the modal, it will auto-close the modal

If there's an existing issue for this PR then this fixes

Description

Adding a foucsout event, to check if focus has left the modal, if so, it will close the modal.
If the modal is reopened, a focus function will ensure that the first item will get the focus

Hi @Welander1994 there is a unused import in entity-actions-dropdown.element.ts would you be up for looking into that, so we can get this amazing improvement merged :-)
