E2E: Updated the failing Default Config tests

This PR will fix these following E2E tests:

• cannot add number of block element greater than the maximum amount (due to UI changes)
• can remove a stylesheet in a block grid editor (due to UI changes)
• can enable validation for a property in a document type (due to UI changes)
• can set up validation for a property in a media type (due to UI changes)
• Administrators/ user can access the user profile and change the password (out-of-date code)
• Editors user can access the user profile and change the password (out-of-date code)
• Sensitive data user can access the user profile and change the password (out-of-date code)
• Translators user can access the user profile and change the password (out-of-date code)
• Writers user can access the user profile and change the password (out-of-date code)
