[FEATURE REQUEST] Ability to toggle bot protection level

Issue description

It would be super handy to be able to toggle on and off the Cloudflare bot protection

When it's needed, it's a urgent change which needs actioning quickly

Could you elaborate exactly how you'd configure the feature / some examples of why?

Would you like to block ALL BOTS? (note AI Scrapers & queries / Search engines etc)
Would you like to enable managed challenge / recaptcha feature for ALL traffic?

@pijemcolu The minimum required would be a drop down to set the bot protection level.

Currently support has enabled bot protection for one of our clients sites, we have no control over this, a drop down to manage the bot protection level would be good

See the screenshot for the dropdown in the Cloudflare portal... We need this bubbled up to the Cloud Portal

With regards as to why this is useful is that we are seeing an increase in bot traffic to sites, specifically AI bots crawling sites and bringing them down due to sheer volume of requests. (Not this increase isn't limited to Umbraco Cloud sites).

The ability to toggle this on quickly via the cloud portal would allow bot overload scenarios to potentially be mitigated without having to wait on Umbraco Cloud support response and action times which in this scenario are not ideal. Having control over it would offload the burden and response times to users of Cloud as opposed to Cloud Support.

We are also seeing a huge uptick in AI crawlers and it would really help if these tools were available for us to configure.

Agreed - any configuration options for managing Cloudflare per cloud project would be very valuable.
