[Feature Request] Stamp the Assembly Version with the the github.run-number

Issue description

so if we were in control.. we'd do this in at the dotnet build point of the github workflow.
dotnet build --no-restore --configuration Release -p:'Version=${{env.ASSEMBLY_VERSION}}'
with the assembly_version being based on
ASSEMBLY_VERSION: 13.0.${{ github.run_number }}

But as Umbraco CI/CD Flow rebuilds on the cloud side we can't..

cloud-deployment.yml is using.. passing?

${{GITHUB.WORKSPACE}}/.github/powershell/New-Deployment.ps1
-ProjectId ${{ env.projectId }}
-ApiKey ${{ env.umbracoCloudApiKey }}
-CommitMessage "Run number ${{github.run_number}}"
-PipelineVendor GITHUB

So might be available during the cloud build process?
