Feature request - Implementing a way to add a list of IP's instead of 1 by 1 to the Public Access

Issue description

Hello,

Currently in order to add a large list of IP's to the public access list, you have to do it one by one which can take ages if the list is long. Additionally, if removing IP's once again it takes ages as you have to remove them 1 by 1.

I'm proposing a feature request to include the ability to add a list of IPs in one go and having the ability to bulk remove IPs too. This would save quite a bit of frustration and time on our end.
