[Feature Request] - Provide a read-only database user

Issue description

Umbraco Cloud provides credentials to the database through Settings > Connections.
The user has very open permissions on the database.
In situations where direct database is required to for example create reports over custom data generated in tables a read only user would be preferred.

Feature:

• Provide read only user to each project created
• Access these credentials below the existing Settings > Connections page perhaps under Full access / Read only headings.
